Our Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 29, 2026

Welcome to Trash & Dash Junk Removal. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the junk removal services we provide. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

Our Services

We provide residential and commercial junk removal services in Baltimore and surrounding Maryland communities, including Howard, Anne Arundel, Harford, Montgomery, and Prince George’s counties.

Our services include furniture removal, appliance removal, garage cleanouts, household cleanouts, commercial junk removal, and other property cleanout projects, depending on the job requirements.

The specific services provided will depend on the items involved, their condition, the property's accessibility, and the scope of the requested work. We will discuss your needs and provide an estimate before beginning a removal project.

We reserve the right to decline a request that falls outside our service capabilities, involves prohibited materials, or presents safety concerns. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and project requirements.

Estimates, Pricing, and Additional Charges

We provide project-based estimates according to the information you share about your junk removal needs. Pricing may depend on the type and volume of items, labor requirements, access conditions, and other factors affecting the work involved.

When preparing your estimate, we may consider the following factors:

  • Item type and volume: The kinds of items you need removed and the amount of space they occupy.

  • Labor requirements: The time and effort needed to remove and load the items.

  • Property accessibility: Stairs, limited access, parking restrictions, or other conditions affecting removal.

  • Project scope: The specific items and tasks included in your request.

An estimate is based on the details available when it is prepared. If the actual items, quantities, access conditions, or scope of work differ from what was described, the final price may need to be reviewed before work proceeds.

Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

Pickup appointments are arranged according to availability and the needs of each project. Same-day or next-day service may be available, but it is not always guaranteed. A requested date or time is not confirmed until arrangements have been agreed upon with our team.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, the correct service address, and a clear description of the items to be removed. You must also arrange appropriate access to the property and obtain any necessary permission to authorize removal.

Please identify the items included in the service before work begins. Items not included in the agreed scope may require a revised estimate.

Customers should inform us in advance about access restrictions, stairs, parking limitations, or other conditions that could affect the removal process. We may need to adjust or reschedule a job when access is unavailable or conditions prevent safe completion.

Accepted and Prohibited Items

We remove many common unwanted household and commercial items, including furniture, appliances, and other bulky belongings, subject to project requirements and applicable regulations.

For safety and proper handling, we do not accept certain materials, including:

  • Chemicals, solvents, or oils.
  • Asbestos-containing materials.
  • Storage drums or oil drums.
  • Oil or waste storage tanks.
  • Medical waste or medical supplies.
  • Household garbage.

This list is not necessarily exhaustive. Other hazardous, restricted, or unsuitable materials may also be declined. Customers must disclose any items that may require specialized handling or disposal before scheduling service.

Payments and Completion of Service

Customers are responsible for paying the agreed price for the services provided. Payment arrangements and any applicable payment requirements should be confirmed with our team before the job begins.

If the scope of work changes, we will discuss any necessary price adjustment before proceeding with the additional work. Customers should raise pricing questions or concerns as soon as possible so they can be addressed clearly.

Once the agreed removal work has been completed, customers should review the service and notify our team of any concerns regarding the items included in the project.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be handled in accordance with the agreed estimate and applicable law. If you need clarification about payment methods or timing, please confirm those details with us when arranging your appointment.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Service Changes

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a pickup, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative arrangements.

Appointment changes are subject to availability. If the items, property conditions, or scope of work change after an estimate has been provided, we may need to reassess the project and revise the estimate before starting.

We may also need to postpone or decline service because of severe weather, unsafe working conditions, unexpected access problems, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When possible, we will communicate the situation and work with you to arrange another suitable time.

Liability, Property Access, and Responsible Disposal

Customers must have the legal authority or permission necessary to authorize the removal of items at the service location. We are not responsible for disputes concerning ownership or authorization arising from inaccurate information supplied by a customer.

To help ensure a safe and smooth removal process, customers should:

  • Confirm authorization: Make sure you have permission to request removal of the items.

  • Identify items clearly: Point out which belongings should be removed and which must remain on the property.

  • Share relevant details: Inform our team about access restrictions, fragile surroundings, or special handling requirements before work begins.

  • Maintain a safe area: Keep children, pets, and other occupants away from active loading and removal areas.

Disposal methods depend on the type, condition, and material of each item, as well as applicable requirements. We cannot guarantee that every item will be reused, donated, or recycled.
